We don’t believe in giving away money. We believe in educating people.

Once a year, we dedicate an entire week to offering free, high-quality training in soft skills, values-based leadership, personal branding, strategic communication, and social media strategy.

These sessions are organized by our team in partnership with universities around the world, and personally delivered by our founder, Claudia Miclaus, to students who demonstrate leadership potential and a strong sense of commitment.

Our goal is simple: to give a voice to those who have the potential to become the leaders of tomorrow.

So far, we’ve reached students across 30 countries and 5 continents—and we are confident that’s just the beginning.
